Torture everybody!

A resident of Anapa Lily Kamoevna Petrosiyan has been complaining since 2009 about law enforcement investigators of Novorossiysk city Kuyumchan S.R. and Grigoryan A.V. which according to the applicant, was tortured her son, falsified evidences and committed service forgeries.

Despite that the facts of torture confirmed by medical documentation but no one responds on the complaint.

IOLR convinced of this, forwarding complaint of Petrosiyan L.K. to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
