Treating doctor told a schoolboy’s mother about readiness for a bribe of 15,000 rubles to make a medical conclusion an advice on registration of a minor as disabled.

The doctor was arrested by police operational staff during the transfer of money but he could stuff bills in the mouth and eat it.

The criminal case was sent a court without material evidences.
