A criminal case has been initiated against an official of the Executive Power

The prosecutor’s office of the Zagatala region has been conducted an investigation in connection with the illegal actions of the representative of the head of the Executive Power of the Zakatala region in the rural administrative district of Jar, report news agency reports.

Reasonable suspicions were identified that Magomed Khushanov, while working in this position, took bribes for providing relevant certificates and entered false information into official documents.

In fact, a criminal case was initiated in the district prosecutor’s office under articles 308.1 (abuse of official powers) and 313 (forgery) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The investigation into the fact is ongoing.
