Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev made a trip to the liberated regions

On May 4, 2023, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev traveled to the Lachin and Gubadli regions of the country.

According to AZERTAC, the head of state laid the foundation of the rural settlement of Gulabird in the Lachin region, the first residential quarter in the city of Gubadli, an administrative building, a full secondary school for 600 students, a Central hospital for 91 beds, the villages of Khanlig, Mahruzlu and Zilanli.

On the same day, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev traveled to the Zangilan region, AZERTAC reports. The head of state got acquainted with the construction of the Congress Center in the city of Zangilan, laid the foundation of the administrative building. President Ilham Aliyev also got acquainted with the construction work at the Sarygyshlag hydroelectric power station of Azerenergy OJSC, laid the foundation for a hotel complex, the Zangilan Regional Central Hospital for 91 beds and the village of Jahangirbeyli.

Then, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev made a trip to the Jabrayil region. According to AZERTAC, the head of state laid the foundation of the Khudaferin settlement, took part in the opening of the Jabrayil energy hub of Azerenergy OJSC, got acquainted with the construction of Auto Leasing Azerbaijan LLC in the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park, laid the foundation of Holcim Azerbaijan OJSC ”, Az-Tex-Import LLC, Improtex Karabakh Industrial Complex LLC, Shukurbeyli village, got acquainted with the progress of construction work in the building of the secondary school named after academician Mehdi Mehtizade for 960 students, laid the foundation for the village of Khorovlu.
