Judgment on defendants accused of theft

The Sumgayit Grave Crimes Court has completed a hearing on the criminal case of A. Bayramov and his acquaintances, N. Najafov and L. Serkerov, accused of theft, oxu.az reports. The court sentenced these persons to suspended sentences.

The incident itself was recorded on July 11 last year in the village of Alekseevka, Guba region. A local resident A. Bayramov, together with his acquaintances – N. Najafov and L. Serkerov – stole 142.678 manats from the safe of one of the houses.

As a result of the operational-search activities carried out by the employees of the Guba District Police Department, all three were detained.
