A conference of judges will be created

The institution of the conference of judges is being created, APA reports. This was reflected in the proposed amendment to the law “On the Judicial-Legal Council”, which was discussed today at a meeting of the Milli Majlis.

According to the draft, a conference of judges is held to elect members of the Judicial-Legal Council.

After discussion, the bill was put to the vote and adopted in the first reading.
