Detained for stealing more than AZN 2,000 from a payment terminal

AZN 2,176 was stolen from a payment terminal in one of the markets on the territory of Pirshagi village, Report informs citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As a result of operational activities carried out by officers of the 15th police department of the Sabunchu District Police Department, a resident of Baku, Eyyub Mammadov, previously convicted of theft and drug-related crimes, was detained as a suspect.

During a personal search, heroin was found and confiscated from him.
