The head of the company is accused of fraud for 1.5 million manats

A court session on the criminal case of Khanlar Jafarov, accused of fraud, has begun at the Baku Grave Crimes Court, oxu.az reports citing Report. According to the indictment, Kh. Jafarov, the head of Avro Qrand, built a building at the address: Binagadi district, Arif Mammadov street, 10. Although he sold housing to citizens for cash, the keys to the apartments were not given to the owners. He had sold these apartments to several people.

There are 12 victims in the case. In total, they suffered damage in the amount of 1,500,000 manats.

In court, Kh. Jafarov pleaded guilty to the charges brought against him. The next court session is scheduled for August 23, 2023.

It is noted that earlier Kh. Jafarov was serving a sentence for a similar act.
