23 families resettled in Fizuli were given keys to apartments

The process of return of former internally displaced persons to the restored city of Fizuli is ongoing, implemented in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, 1news.az reports.

Another group of residents sent to this city from Baku on Tuesday reached their destination. 23 families returned to their native land – 89 residents of Fuzuli. Upon arrival, they were warmly welcomed by the staff of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs and the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the territories liberated from occupation, which are part of the Karabakh economic region (with the exception of the Shusha region).

Fizuli residents thanked the President, the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive care of the state, expressed gratitude to the valiant Azerbaijani army, heroic soldiers and officers who saved our lands from occupation, wished the souls of the martyrs to rest and the health of the ghazis. The families who returned to the city of Fuzuli received the keys to their apartments with great joy.

Thus, by now, 70 families – 247 people – have been provided with permanent residence in the city of Fuzuli. The relocation of families to the city of Fizuli will continue in the coming days.
