Cyber fraud is committed under the guise of selling tickets to theaters and exhibitions

Under the guise of selling theater and exhibition tickets, cyber fraud is committed against citizens, oxu.az reports with reference to AZERTAC and the Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan.

It is noted that cyber fraudsters create fake web pages and steal citizens’ banking and personal information when they enter it to purchase tickets.

The Electronic Security Service recommends that citizens do not follow links provided in messages from unknown sources, do not enter banking and personal information, and when purchasing any goods or services, contact sources that carry out official sales.
