Chairman of the APBA: the introduction of a food safety system in schools and kindergartens begins

Starting from this academic year, a food safety system will be introduced in all schools and kindergartens in Azerbaijan. Report informs, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Food Security Agency Goshgar Takhmezli told reporters.

According to him, in this regard, the Azerbaijan Institute of Food Safety, together with the Ministry of Science and Education, will conduct special trainings and programs in all institutions under the jurisdiction of the ministry. Quality control managers will undergo special training. Special control principles will be applied to the transportation and storage of products. I think that this will allow us to avoid negative incidents related to catering in educational institutions in the future.
