Address to the Armenians of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan

In connection with local anti-terrorism measures, measures are being taken to inform the Armenian population living in the Karabakh economic region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, oxu.az reports. 

Azerbaijani Radio, Public Radio, CBC TV channel, Baku TV, social media regularly inform the population in Russian and Armenian about the implementation of anti-terrorist measures, and other available means are widely used for these purposes.

For safety reasons, the population is advised to stay away from military installations, military equipment, administrative buildings where the illegal regime operates, not to wear military uniforms, not to carry weapons, to stay in their homes, not to be in event areas, etc. The population is informed that the main target of anti-terrorist measures are units of the Armenian armed forces and military infrastructure.

It is necessary to put an end to the existence of the criminal regime and military junta in Karabakh, restore the constitutional order in this territory, ensure the safety and quiet of the population, create the necessary conditions for the development of these territories, as well as all lands liberated from occupation.
