Azerbaijan handed over to Russia persons on the interstate wanted list

The petitions of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation to transfer citizens of the Russian Federation Bayramov Mustafa Nariman oglu, Elizarov Viktor Evgenievich and Kozlov Mikhail Vyacheslavovich for criminal prosecution were supported by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Azerbaijan Republic in accordance with the requirements of the Convention of July 10, 2002 “On Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in civil, family and criminal cases,” Report informs with reference to the Prosecutor General’s Office. These persons were detained upon arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

On September 28, 2023, accompanied by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice, these persons were handed over to the authorities of the Russian Federation.
