Blossoming of a family law
In recent years there is a vigorous growth of family and inheritance law in the post-Soviet states.
Under silence of gray-bearded lambs and wedding-funeral protests of opposition are passed by inheritance not only holding companies and football clubs but also positions in public institutions, government and governance, parliamentary seats and constituencies.
It is not always immediately but consistently and purposefully.
For example, a rector of one of the highest paid (as regards of extortions from students) university does not immediately appoint his daughter-master by a pro-rector and elect her a dean first.
It is widely practiced charter when heirs are changed by right of lease branches of national (ha-ha!) economy or government positions until reaching by them an age of corruption.
