Obvious and incredible: a court granted a petition of defender counsel

Yesterday Sabunchi District Court of Baku granted a petition of defender counsel Elmar Suleymanov about return a criminal case against E. Aliyev and others for further investigation in connection with gross violations of the criminal procedure legislation which had made in pretrial proceedings.
