Ыchool director convicted of fraud

A court hearing on the criminal case of former director of the secondary school in the village of Garamamedli Rashad Asadov, accused of embezzling more than 53 thousand manats in teachers’ salaries, has ended in Yevlakh, oxu.az reports. The verdict was read out at a hearing chaired by Yevlakh District Court Judge Kamil Aliyev.

According to the court’s verdict, Rashad Asadov was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months of restricted freedom (electronic bracelet) with deprivation of the right to hold leadership positions in education authorities for a period of 2 years.
