Joint operation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Penitentiary Service: 1.6 kg of heroin seized

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan conducted a joint operation, oxu.az reports with reference to the Penitentiary Service, during operational activities in the Gala settlement of the Khazar district of Baku, heroin with a total weight of 1 kg 630 g, belonging to Jahid Novruzov, was found and seized.

An investigation is underway into this fact.
