Last year, property worth more than 33.4 million manat imposed arrest

In 2024, the prosecutor’s office ensured compensation for damages in the amount of more than 75.3 million manat and seized property worth more than 33.4 million manat. As reported by Oxu.Az, this was stated by the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev, speaking at an extended meeting of the board.

He noted that last year, the prosecutor’s office ensured compensation for damages in the amount of 75 million 300 thousand 895 manat.

According to the requirements of the criminal procedure legislation, persons released from criminal liability for terminated criminal cases additionally paid 3 million 453 thousand 680 manat to the state budget, and property worth 33 million 432 thousand 362 manat was seized.
