Tender for a donkey

According to “The First Anti-Corruption Media” site, at an extraordinary meeting of the faction “Ata Meken” the Kyrgyz MP Joomart Saparbayev accused the Prime Minister Omurbek Babanov that in exchange for the English thoroughbred horse he had given to Turkish businessman Hungaru Adali the 12 million dollars tender for construction of a tower at the “Manas” airport.

A horse is still good. In some countries bribes are taken by the donkeys.
