Constitution is a weapon of the proletariat

In the Inter-District Court of Aktau town, Republic of Kazakhstan, on August 16, 1937  began the first official political process over Vladimir Kozlov,  a leader of unregistered party “Alga”, and the activists of an opposition movement Serik Sapargali and Akzhanat Aminov, who are accused of attempting to overthrow the constitutional order, writes guljan.org. 

The indictment says on defendants’ attempt to use a constitutional order for its destruction.
