I want to go to India!

In state of Uttar Pradesh, India, at a meeting with his subordinates Minister Shivpal Yadav said that he allows them to steal in moderate sizes, reports the BBC.

In particular, literally Minister said the following: “If you work hard and successfully achieve goals, you can steal a little. But your actions should not reach the extent of robbery. You may steal a little, but do not behave yourself just as bandits”.

Reprinted by media a speech of the Minister has caused of unrest among residents of the state. To suppress the unrest were involved extra police force.

The Indians are strange people. What are they outraged? In some countries and ministers are bandits and their subordinates are, and … but everybody is happy and dissatisfied persons are in prison.
