Judges have legalized torture and arbitrariness

Judges of the Narimanov District Court of Baku Arif Ismaylov and Abbas Aliyev are not found the violations of law in tortures of defendants Ragib Piraliyev and Sharafatdin Mahmudov, non-admission an advocate – counsel to the criminal case, refusal to provide copies of procedural documents, unsanctioned searches and other similar zigzags of the “fair trial”.

It is no wonder, because a court is one of the heads of a dragon.
