Collecting of signatures in defense of Azerbaijani political prisoners is began
International Organization for Legal Research has begun a collecting of signatures in defense of Azerbaijani political prisoners – prisoners of conscience, human rights activists Mahmudov Sharafatdin Zeybulayevich and Piraliyev Raghib Safarbey ogly from Gusar Region. They have been arrested on fabricated charges of illegal possession of drugs and weapons.
Piraliyev and Mahmudov were subjected to torture and inhuman treatment during an arrest and detention. Tortures of the political prisoners are continuing.
