Defense-trial lawlessness

On October 24, 2012 the Trial Collegium of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Republic, chaired by N. Rasulbekova upheld the decisions of the 1st Administrative Court (Judge F. Ahmedov) and Baku Court of Appeal chaired by E. Veliyeva, about rejection of a claim of Maxima firm to the Main Department of arms and machinery of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan Republic.

The plaintiff, with consent of investigating bodies, asked to confirm the safety of his property, which has been deposited in the form of material evidence.
