Do the Azerbaijani judges need the Christmas cards?

Police of the Canadian town Abbotsford that located in the province of British Columbia, decided to send out Christmas cards to local criminals, reports The Canadian Press. In the postcard police expressed the hope that criminals come to their senses and for their families and themselves stand on the road to reform in the coming year 2013. Further, the letter indicated trust phone for those who still decided to stop behaving criminal lifestyle.
