Will EMIN support Azerbaijani human rights activists?

In Media center of the Institute of Reporters Freedom and Safety (IRFS) was presented a new human rights campaign “Art for Democracy”. It was set up by the Club of Human Rights (CHR), IRFS and the Center for National and International Research, reports the “Turan”. As stated a coordinator of the project, the Head of the HRC Rasul Jafarov the goal of campaign is to draw attention to human rights issues through the arts.

Beginning of a campaign and the two years anniversary of the HRC establishment welcomed through the video address from abroad representatives of international human rights organizations, the Azerbaijani political emigrants, and also the winner of “Eurovision-2012” in Baku – Swedish singer Lauryn.

There are rumors that to the campaign is intended to join the Azerbaijani singer EMIN.
