Statistics of the MIA violates the rights of political prisoners

Department of Statistics of the MIA, in a person of the Deputy Nizami Hatamhanov mocks political prisoners Raghib Piraliyev and Sharafaddin Mahmudov.

On an inquiry of a defender of political prisoners on which should be given a response, Mr. Hatamhanov had required the contracts and power of attorney, and after receiving them, he had forwarded this request to the Office for Combating Organized Crime. In order to do it, he needed a few months.
