Azerbaijani political prisoners arrested illegally

Virtually, such a statement was made by the head of socio-political department of the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov, saying: ” there are people arrested for specific misdemeanours  in Azerbaijan. Despite the fact that some of them are engaged in politics, some are involved in active policy, it does not insure them from punishment for their actions” (1news.az).

Totally agree with the esteemed Mr. A. Hasanov, but according to the Criminal Code nobody can be imprisoned for the misdemeanours.
