Azerbaijani political prisoners are oppressed in detention center

Political prisoners – prisoners of conscience Raghib Piraliyev and Sharafaddin Mahmudov are oppressed in Kurdahan detention center, forcing them to abandon their complaints to PACE. Despite repeated requests, the management of detention center does not approve the power of attorney of R. Piraliyev that necessary to obtain a pension. R. Piraliyev suffers severe disease, however, treatment is not carried out, complaints of R. Piraliyev and S. Mahmudov are not registered, the responses are not obtained.
