Trainings on ensuring of fair court proceedings

Weekly, on Saturday from 11.30 to 15.00 in office of the IOLR at address: 15, Khatai ave. (3rd floor), Baku are held of trainings with advocates (lawyers) on the issues of fair court proceedings.

Trainings are conducted by scholars (by Doctors of juridical sciences, PhD in Law) and practitioners (lawyers, judges, investigators).

An agenda of the trainings are: a system of protection, steps and elements, preparation for protection from prosecution, the system familiarization with the materials of the criminal case, the use during of the protection of international treaties and the practice of the UN Committee on Human Rights, and others, the European Court, definition of errors and omissions in pretrial proceedings, tactics appeal to different instances; tactics of using media and NGOs under organizing defense.
