The trial of swindlers

On September 10, 2013 in Baku Court of Grave Crimes finished hearings on the criminal case of Sabrina Alhasova and Rafik Shahbazov who accused in swidling, reports Day.Az.

The court, presided over by Judge Alisoltan Osmanov, issued a verdict to the defendants. In accordance with the verdict, S. Alhasova was deprived of liberty for a term of 9 years, R. Shakhbazov – 8 years.

It follows from the materials of the criminal case that the defendants were charged under Article 178.3.2 (fraud) of the Criminal Code. In addition, S. Alhasova also accused under article 320.1 (forgery, manufacture or sale of official documents, state awards, seals, stamps, forms or use of counterfeit documents) of the Criminal Code.

Convicted under the pretext of taking in high school, to get a job, change rendered judgment had cheated more than 100 people, inflicting damage equal to 1 million manats.
