Foiled an attempt to bring over drugs

On September 18, 2013 the staff of Astara Customs office detained a citizen of Azerbaijan, who was trying to bring over drugs from Iran, reports the Trend news agency, citing the press service of the State Customs Committee.

During inspection of baggage citizen of Azerbaijan Nahid Agayev with using X-ray machine “Heimann” it was found 0.51 kilograms of hashish.

The case is under investigation.
