Police seized 500 kg of caviar

More than 900 containers with black sturgeon caviar was seized by the police of Khabarovsk Region, ITAR-TASS reported on 13 January, 2014.     Caviar with a gross weight  of 500 kg was carrying in his car 34 -year-old resident of the Mago village of the Nicholayevsk district.

According to the press service of the police a car was stopped on the road between the Selikhino village and the Nikolayevsk -on-Amur city.

During the inspection a driver could not explain the origin of bags with black caviar in the cabin of his car. All confiscated caviar passed for custody.

It is getting on an investigation on this fact.
