The investigation revealed serious suspicions that the director of the kindergarten from 2019 to 2023, abusing his official position, embezzled budget funds in the amount of 105 thousand manats.

Based on the fact, the Sheki district prosecutor’s office opened a case under articles 179.3.2 (larceny on a large scale) and 308.1 (abuse of official powers) of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
