Arrest warrant for another construction company director

Azerbaijan’s law enforcement authorities have issued an arrest warrant for another construction company director, APA reports.

The director of RUM housing cooperative, Huseynov Imran, 63, is charged under articles 178.3.2 (fraud with causing damage in large size), 308.2 (abuse of power, resulting in grave consequences) and 313 (service forgery).

Huseynov is accused of embezzling AZN 185,550 by reselling apartments in a high-rise in Baku to different people.

In 2015 February, the Prosecutor General’s Office has issued a statement on illegal actions of Huseynov.
