Court proceedings on case of R. Mirgarirov continued

On December 9, 2015 it has been continued a court hearing on the case of Rauf Mirgadirov, the “Zerkalo” newspaper journalist, haqqin.az reports.

The court session was held behind closed doors. It is going on the process of testimonies presenting.

The investigation on the case of journalist has been held by the Ministry of National Security (MNS).

Criminal case in respect of R. Mirgadirov was instituted under Article 274 (high treason). Upon the decision of the Nasimi District Court he was arrested for three-month. The period of detention Mirgadirov has been prolonged several times.
