Court rejects appeal by J. Haciyev

The Baku Court of Appeals considered on Thursday, December 10, 2015 the appeal of the former chairman of the International Bank of Azerbaijan, Jahangir Hajiyev, on a decision made by Baku’s Narimanov District Court, haqqin.az reports.

It is noted that the Narimanov District Court sentenced Hajiyev to 4-month imprisonment.

The court rejected the appeal.
