Court rejects cassation appeal of accused in organization and planning of terroristic acts

The Supreme Court was examined a cassation appeal of the accused persons in organization of attempt in President and planning of terroristic acts on eve of the Eurovision-2012, APA reports referring to lawyer F. Namazli.

This complaint has not been satisfied. F. Namazli noted also that some of the accused had not filed the cassation appeal.

On decision of Baku Court on Grave Crimes 3 men were sentenced to life imprisonment, 13 ones to 15 years imprisonment, and the rest to 9-10 years of freedom’s deprived.

Appeal of those was not also satisfied.
