Court releases ex-judge

Baku Court of Grave Crimes on Wednesday, 19 October 2016 held a hearing in the criminal case of former judge Fakhraddin Rzayev arrested on fraud charges, APA reports.

According to the court decision, Rzayev was sentenced to conditional imprisonment and released in the courtroom.Rzayev has been a judge of Yasamal district court until 2000. Then he resigned at his own request.
