Manifesto of the intelligentsia

“Zerkalo” (“Mirror”) newspaper no.88 on May 19, 2012 published an article of Rustam Ibrahimbeyov “For Whom the Bell Tolls” which with the permission of the author we have posted on our website in “Analytics” section.

Rustam Ibrahimbeyov needs no introduction. Who does not know may use the Internet, but we think these are a few only and they are not able to read yet.

With the same success the article of respected Rustam muallim can be divided into other sections of the site but we settled on “Analytics” as publication as a matter of fact is the result of synthesis and analysis of our realities.
