Large consignment of drugs seized

During the operation, carried out by the employees of the Shamakhi District Police Department, Sardar Askerov, who lives in Baku, but was registered in the Aghdam district, previously convicted, was detained and prosecuted, oxu.az the informational Internet portal  reports.
During a personal search, about 700 g of heroin and a large amount of the psychotropic substance methamphetamine were found in his possession.
In his testimony, the detainee said that he bought all this online from a foreign citizen whom he met on social networks, and came to Shamakhi on vacation.
On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated in the district police department, the investigation is ongoing.
