Detained for theft from private homes and a furniture workshop

In the Bina village of Khazar District, a theft was committed from one of the private houses under construction, oxu.az reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country.

According to the information, the victim applied to the 3rd police station of the Khazar District Police Department and stated that repair and construction materials and electrical wires had been stolen from his house.

As a result of operational-search activities carried out by police officers, a resident of the village of Bina, Aligismet Azizov, suspected of committing a theft, was detained.

During the investigation, it was found that he had also committed thefts from six houses and a furniture shop in the village of Bina. The detainee confessed to the crimes he had committed. The materials collected on these facts were sent to the Investigation Department of the Khazar DPD. A. Azizov’s involvement in other similar crimes committed on the territory of the capital is not excluded.
