In 2021, 35 criminal cases were initiated related to official fraud

Last year, 35 criminal cases were initiated in Azerbaijan related to official fraud, the report.az information Internet portal reports, citing the head of the Department for Supervision of the Investigation of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Fazil Hasanaliyev.

According to F. Hasanaliyev, 24 of these crimes are related to persons selling fake COVID-19 passports.
