Persons who went on vacation to Guba arrested

On the basis of received operational information, employees of the Guba district police department carried out an operation against persons suspected of acquiring, storing and transporting narcotic drugs, the report.az information Internet portal reports.
So, during the event, residents of the city of Baku Mais Almamedov, Ilkin Ibrahimov and Vakhid Allahverdiyev, who came to Guba to rest, were detained.
During the inspection of the car belonging to M. Almamedov, heroin, marijuana and a psychotropic substance, methamphetamine, were found and confiscated.
In addition, law enforcement officers found 2 folding pocket knives in M. Almamedov’s car.
A criminal case has been initiated on the fact in the Guba police department. By a court decision, a measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen for these persons.
