Arrested drug traffickers

Employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Illicit Drug Trafficking and the Goychay District Police Department carried out operations to identify and bring to justice those involved in the cultivation and illegal circulation of drugs, the report.az information portal reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

So, during the events, six people were detained and prosecuted, in general, more than 17 kg of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances were seized from circulation.

A criminal case was initiated on the facts, and a measure of restraint in the form of arrest was adopted against each detainee by a court decision.
