A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the death of a soldier

A soldier suspected of killing his colleague was detained, APA reports quoting the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the information, on the fact of the death of a serviceman of the long-term service of the Azerbaijani army, soldier Mirzoyev Elmar Elchin oglu, from a bullet wound as a result of firing from a firearm, a criminal case was initiated in the Aghdam military prosecutor’s office under Art. 120.1 of the Criminal Code (premeditated murder, that is, the deliberate deprivation of the life of another person).
The investigation established reasonable suspicions that the crime was committed by a long-term serviceman, soldier Rzayev Bahruz Subkhan oglu.
