The TASS website published news about the book “History of the Patriotic War. Personality Factor”

The website of TASS, Russia’s leading news agency, published information about the book “History of the Patriotic War. Personality Factor”, which was released within the framework of a joint project of the Baku City Executive Power and the Institute of History, APA reports.

The head of the Baku City Executive Power, project manager and author of the foreword, Eldar Azizov, in an interview with a TASS correspondent said that the book is dedicated to the liberation of the Azerbaijani territories, which were under occupation for 30 years, the 44-day Patriotic War, which ended with the historical victory of Azerbaijan.

In the publication, the processes are presented taking into account the personality factor of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, who, according to the authors of the project, managed to mobilize all the country’s resources to solve the most important national problem.

Readers are provided with information about the large-scale work carried out to restore the cultural and historical heritage at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and its leader, First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva.

The Azerbaijani and Russian versions of the book have already been published, and the Turkish and English versions are being prepared for publication. The authors do not exclude that in the future the publication can be used as a teaching aid.
