Suspect detained in arson of 10 hectares of land

A suspect in arson of 10 hectares of land was detained in Shabran, report.az Internet news portal reports with reference to the Guba regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

The hotline number of the Shabran regional police department received a call about a fire on an area of ​​more than 10 hectares in the district.

Arriving at the scene, police officers revealed that the arson was committed by a resident of the district, Rizvan Jafarov. The detainee confessed that he started the fire by negligence.

The fact is being investigated in the Shabran Regional Police Department.
