A preventive measure was chosen for the former deputy head of the Executive Office, who used violence against a schoolgirl

The trial on the criminal case of the former Deputy Head of the Executive Power Rasili Arifgyzy, accused of using violence against a schoolgirl, has begun in Lankaran, APA reports.

Preliminary hearings on the case were held at the preparatory session in the Lankaran District Court chaired by Judge Rashad Mammadov. In the process, it was announced that a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave was chosen for the accused. The state prosecutor stated that there were no grounds for changing the chosen measure of restraint, and asked to appoint the case for consideration.

The court granted the prosecutor’s request. The hearing has been scheduled for September 12, 2022.
