The prosecutor petitioned to punish the head of the company accused of trafficking in emigrants

The Baku Court for Grave Crimes continued the trial of the criminal case of Narmina Dadasheva, the head of HMH Baku Travel LLC, accused of trafficking in emigrants, and two other employees of the company – Akif Asadov and Aziz Safaraliyev, APA reports.

In his speech, the prosecutor petitioned to sentence Narmina Dadasheva to 8 years, Akif Asadov to 8 years and 6 months, and Aziz Safaraliyev to 7 years in prison.

The trial will continue on October 6, 2022.
